Zero tolerance police
LQM has zero tolerance towards any kind of corruption, such as bribery, extortion or similar practices, no matter if with state employees or private businesses, both in and out of Spain. This behaviour is strictly prohibited for every LQM employee. No employee acting in behalf of LQM can be paid or sacrify the commitment to the law for a sale or a specific business. .
Prohibited behaviour
- Pay, give gifts or any other benefits .
- Embezzlement.
- Extortion.
- Money laundering.
- Any other form of corruption.
These prohibited behaviors apply to any economical transactions by people offering their services to LQM.
The following belong to gifts and other benefits:
- Entertainment.
- Transport or trips not related to the commercial business.
- Employment offers.
- Charitable contributions.
- Donations.
- Loans.
- Other valuable items.
- Commercial benefits not available to other customers.
LQM Employee requirements
Follow every law and regulation that may apply to our business activities.
Don’t participate, facilitate or allow any type of corruption, bribery, extortion or money laundering both with state employees or any other private business.
Follow the legislation applicable to agreements with the state, the autonomous communities, government agencies and their representatives.
